Our client is Australia's largest privately operated aged care providers and they are currently seeking a Deputy Director of Care for their mid size facility.

About you:

• Current RN registration with AHPRA
• Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written
• Experience with quality improvement
• Excellent clinical skills and experience
• Superb multitasking skills!

• Provide leadership and management to a dedicated team of clinical staff
• Oversee the continuation of superior service and excellence in care
• Continue to exceed in accreditation and compliance matters
• Exceed in giving exceptional care and service to residents and their families
